    Decent food. Not a huge fan of the chili sauce, but it wasn't bad. The fries were decent too. Service was quick.

    great prices double cheese burger good. chille a bit too hot for me. The last time I was here. the manager. Logan ,was adamant that we finish our food and get out before 10 even though we had asked before ordering if it was too late. rude.

    (This review is for the downtown location) Oh, Please!! You cannot have grown up in New Castle without having come here at least once, though most people have visited way more than that. Whenever I need reminded of how sweet it was to be a child who grew up in New Castle, and all my sweet memories that go along with it, I stop in for a couple dogs with mustard, onion, and their famous chili, and a soda to wash 'em down with. And with each bite, I'm just a kid riding on the carousel at Cascade Park again, or coming downtown with my mom or sister to shop at Murphy's dept. store. It's great to savor old memories, along with the best chili and hotdogs in town!!!

    They should get a better system at the drive-tru window. I think 10 mins is way to long to wait for 2 fries and 2 dogs! Won't be going back anytime soon.

    Live in Ohio! Had great memories of how good it was! Sauce was the same! Delicious, but barely warm! Fries cold with shredded cheese on it! I remember melted cheese! We don't do that anymore!
